The escape

The third in a Series of images done for a Role playing game scenario for the "Escapism Foundry".

None of which properly digital as they were pencil sketched and then inked on greaseproof before being mutilated by a photocopier so that they could be scanned and shaded on PC, As they were to end up Greyscale, I decided to start them off in Greyscale, I also decided to break the laws of perspective in an attempt to may it look more old fashioned, and appropriate for the era/setting it portrays.

This on caused me no ends of problems the original sketch taking over a week to finalise, mostly this was due to not having drawn horse’s or people riding horses before, a big thanks to Yshala for her reference material that saved me.
